Let's find your dream home

"Shannon Wilson is THE ONLY realtor I will ever use. Honestly, she is the closest you will ever get to perfection. She wears many hats and she knows what she is doing. She was make over specialist, therapist, cheerleader and more importantly, very professional realtor and listing agent. Our house was listed on a Thursday and under contract on Sunday. WOW is all I can say!"

"I was an out of town buyer, and worked with Collin Rogers to understand the Chattanooga area and find the perfect mountain house. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful. His processes were very organized and he offered me great vendor recommendations to ease the transition. He attended the inspection with me, and was available to be on site when I couldn’t be in town. He is also just a genuinely lovely human to be around, and I was so glad to have his support through the process. Could not have had a better experience, and will be recommending him to absolutely everyone I meet who needs a realtor in the area. Thanks, Collin!!!"

"Working with Collin and Shannon has been nothing short of exceptional! As a mortgage professional, I truly value having referral partners who are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive, dedicated, and client-focused. ChattLife Property Group goes above and beyond for every client, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction every time. Their professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to excellence make them one of my most trusted partners. I’m always confident referring clients to [him/her/them] knowing they’re in the best hands. Highly recommend!"

"Shannon has been my realtor since 2006 and assisted me with buying and selling five homes. She always goes above and beyond . I bought my first house by myself recently and she was beside me all the way and always there for the support and will go to battle for you if need be. She also follows up even after closing. Thank you Shannon!"

"Our experience with Shannon was amazing in every way. Since we were out of town purchasers, Shannon was our eyes and ears at each step of the purchase process. She went above and beyond to make sure we secured every possible benefit and that all the parts of the buying process went smoothly. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in a real estate purchase."

"We have both bought and sold with Collin Rogers and highly recommend him as knowledgeable, ethical, patient, and competent real estate agent. Both transactions ended up being complicated (for reasons unrelated to Collin) and both times he went above and beyond to do what was needed to get to the closing table and be our eyes on the property when we were unable to do so ourselves. I trust few professionals the same way I do Collin and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends."
